Fiona is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), with nearly 30-years’ HR experience helping businesses succeed through their people.
With a breadth of experience in Leadership HR roles across the public, private and third sector in organisations of all sizes, her particular expertise and passion is with helping to grow and develop small to medium sized businesses.
Fiona is especially passionate about supporting charities and social enterprises to optimise their HR, so that their people can work well and have greater impact for their communities.
