About

I am a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with nearly 30 years’ experience in human resources in the public, private and third sectors.

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a BA in Accounting and am qualified in psychometrics with the British Psychological Society. I have had responsibility for the full spectrum of HR in generalist roles and have worked in a breadth of organisations of all sizes. 

I have provided HR support to start ups, set up and developed HR functions and organisations, have been a member of Leadership/Senior Management Teams and Charity Boards. My senior HR roles have included, HR Director for Scottish Futures Trust, Head of HR for VisitScotland and HR Manager for Repower UK, a renewable energy company.
